The property is absolutely great and the staff is VERY HELPFUL. The location is marvellous, bars and restaurants were walk from the hotel. Need to remember that it's quite a walk from downtown. You can relax in bars and restaurants nearby. Every time in Agios Kirykos, I choose this place.
Hope you won't have the same problem with drain.

The location was central, excellent in the heart of the town. It was right by the centre of Agios Kyrikos, the harbour front, and the harbour front promenade. - the staff was friendly and helpful, provided me with a cozy triple room. - I appreciated watching the sea from the balcony.

Everything was great, including very very helpful staff and favourable location so very close to everything in town. Location: the hotel was right by Ikaria's main port, Agios Kirykos, and the centre of Agios Kyrikos. Also, I was just a short walk away from Spilio Baths.

The room at Almiriki Rooms was cozy and comfortable, with a flat-screen TV and a wardrobe for all my stuff. The private bathroom was a bonus, and the bed linen and towels provided were clean and fresh. I loved the sea view from my selected room - it was breathtaking!
Personally, I found the tile/marble floor in the twin/double room a bit too cold for my liking. Others might appreciate its coolness during the hot summer days, though.

We had a great stay at a conveniently located hotel near the bustling port. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a ceiling fan to keep cool. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in, providing us with helpful suggestions and making us feel welcome. We enjoyed the two balconies that allowed for fresh air and a view of the town. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as the bright lights and the lack of air conditioning, we had a pleasant experience at Almiriki Rooms.

Great location in the middle of the town, close to bars and restaurants, and just a short walk from the seafront. the room was clean and comfortable, with comfy beds and well-equipped facilities. the host was excellent, always wearing a smile and very friendly. They provided helpful suggestions and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The bathroom was a bit small and lacked a shower cubicle, which was a minor inconvenience. there were occasional smells from food preparation around the flat, but only when standing on the balcony.

During my Christmas stay, there were a couple of things that I truly appreciated. the location was fantastic. Being right in the heart of the town was convenient and allowed me to explore all the nearby sights and attractions easily. Lastly, the room size was decent and the bed was comfortable, allowing me to have a good night's sleep.
there was no room service for basic cleaning and garbage collection, which I was expecting. the view from my room was nothing special, overlooking the unimpressive alleys behind.

The rooms at Almiriki Rooms were incredibly cozy and comfortable. The beds were so soft and inviting, and the flat-screen TV made it easy to relax and unwind after a long day exploring. The private bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and having bed linen and towels provided made packing a breeze. Plus, the wardrobe was spacious enough to hold all our belongings.
Personally, I found the lack of air conditioning in some of the rooms a bit annoying. However, I understand that some guests might enjoy the natural breeze from the sea and prefer not to have it.

Stayed at a great room in the heart of the town, just a short walk from the seafront, bars, and restaurants. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, even meeting us late at night when our ferry arrived. the room itself was comfortable with a good-sized bed, two balconies for fresh air, and a ceiling fan to keep cool. the owner had also provided a helpful information board with emergency contacts, bus timetables, and restaurant recommendations.
It was a pleasant stay for a great price. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like.
